We do not train like this picture!

A very important point to make! We do not train large groups of people as shown in the picture here, neither is there "Role Play" where we pretend to be on the telephone and reduce people to tears, it seldom works and delegates are never themselves - it's scary!

A small group means up to 10/12 doesn't it?

I attended a one day telephone sales seminar at Rookery Manor near Weston super Mare.
The content was excellent and well presented to a small group, which made for an interesting and informative day. The fee included lunch and refreshments and I left at the end of the day with renewed confidence and lots of interesting ideas.
 

I can't send any staff on your local Bristol "One Day" course anyway...

There could be several reasons for this!
One - You are located miles away from Bristol, you have staff to train but the logistics are wrong.
Two - You have too many staff that need training, just how would it work?
Three - You have a member of staff that is "Anal Retentive" and of course does a poor job in selling or promoting your products or service. These people usually say things like "Been there, done it got the T shirt", and "I've been in sales all my life" and "There's nothing you can tell me old son, i seen it and done it all".
Of course they don't close or ask for the order, they just go through the motions day to day and have poor results!
Four - You have a great team member but they lack confidence and would be worried about the course, the content and the whole experience.

Please check out train travel from where you are, the day's course cost is so reasonable... it's worth the trip isn't it?

Yes incredible but true!
