We do not train like this picture!
A very important point to make! We do not train very large groups of people as shown in the picture here, neither is there "Role Play" where we pretend to be on the telephone and reduce people to tears, it seldom works and delegates are never themselves - it's scary!
A small group means up to 10/12 doesn't it?
