How do you present yourself?

People answer the telephones with just a "Hello"?

Are your staff building long term relationships with customers?

People buy people!

How do you come across on the phone? Gruff, abrupt blunt... do you sound like the person I want to give my business to?

Are your staff motivated? Are you confident?

Has anyone there EVER had some formal training?

Can you pick up the phone now and feel confident to create new business, sales and appointments?

Are you asking for the order or using trial closes?

How do you follow up leaflets?
