My experience was value for money & I walked away with a whole different attitude towards my role at work. I couldn't wait to try out my newly learnt techniques in telesales & customer services.
What helped me understand a different approach was the fact that Rob talked about real life situations/tasks/queries/complaints/sales etc & acted on them using role play either individually or as a group which makes it more fun! This made me think of the best examples, the best answers & the best way of putting that across to a customer either on the phone or face to face.
I learnt all about open, closed & open ended questions, how to react when put in a difficult situation & how to offer the best customer service.
I learnt new phrases to use & new ways of expanding on customer relationships. I also learnt new techniques for sales, how to get a sale, hold a sale, confirm a sale & set up a sale for the future!
