Good morning Rob, hope you are well. Sorry about the delayed response, I was rather busy on Friday... back doing my old job as well as Sales.
I had a fab day on Thursday. It was very surprising what I actually picked up as I usually find day courses very boring.I am going to be calling a list of potentials in the next few days so I am sure some of the phrases I have taken away with me will give me that helping hand on the telephone.I have definately learned that I need to be that little bit more forceful on telephone and stop giving people so many options (Putting everything in a box is very handy).
